Sarah Davison
Sarah practises primarily in the area of Planning Law and enjoys assisting her clients achieve practical outcomes as efficiently as possible. She navigates the Victorian planning system on behalf of her clients, and frequently this involves the resolution of matters at VCAT. Sarah also works on building and enforcement matters in the Magistrates' Court.
Prior to admission as a lawyer, Sarah worked as a town planner for over 20 years and has a strong understanding of statutory processes, as well as strategic planning principles, both of which inform her ongoing work in this space.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Planning and Design, and Juris Doctor degrees.
